Griffin Public School follows transparent, CBSE-aligned admission policies to ensure fairness, discipline, and academic excellence.
Admission Rules
- Students from recognized English medium schools are considered for admission from Classes UKG to XII.
- Admissions are normally conducted in March, based on entrance tests and interviews.
- Transfer cases may be considered in July, subject to availability of seats.
- Registration does not guarantee admission.
- Transfer Certificate is mandatory for admission from another school and must be countersigned if from another state.
Admissions are strictly subject to suitability, conduct, and availability
of seats as per CBSE norms.
Fee Regulations
- Fees must be cleared before the 15th of every month.
- Tuition fees are payable for the entire academic session.
- No fee concession for absence, holidays, or broken periods.
- Students will not be allowed to appear in examinations if dues are pending.
- Non-payment for two consecutive months may lead to cancellation of admission.
Timely payment ensures uninterrupted academic participation and record maintenance.
Transfer Certificates
- Transfer Certificate will be issued on payment of Rs. 200/-.
- Duplicate Transfer Certificate will be issued on payment of Rs. 500/-.
Requests must be made in writing with valid justification.
Dismissal & Discipline
- Misbehavior with school authorities or teaching staff.
- Continuous absence beyond prescribed limits.
- Proven acts of indiscipline within or outside school premises.
- Non-payment of school fees for two consecutive months.
The school reserves the right to take disciplinary action
in the best interest of students and institutional discipline.
